How I like to feel HIGHH!!

I didn’t think this was a thing… until it worked..

So what do you do when you aren’t able to get yourself out of bed.

You’re probably laying there thinking…

>>> it’s so warm under these sheets

>>> once I get up, I have to face the day

>>> I have so many things to do today!

>>> I’d rather stay in bed and watch Netflix

>>> just a few more minutes of sleep would be amazing!!

Same thing goes for your couch!

Your couch is probably the softest, warmest and most comfiest place in the world!

Not to mention it has a nice butt grove already indented!

You’re sitting there thinking about ALL the things you have to do but you have ZERO energy to get up!

Are you feeling tired all the time?

-> Do you feel like you have no motivation to do anything?

-> Do you feel stuck in a place where you want to do so many things but you just don’t have the motivation to do them?

-> Do you wish you had more energy???

-> Want to know:

    1. how to feel less tired

    2. how to feel less sleepy during the day

    3. how to feel less tired when you wake up

If you do, keep reading!

I am going to be sharing the #1 thing that I do to ALWAYS have energy!

When you feel tired, you think that you need to conserve your energy.

So maybe you take a nap or take a break or save your to-do’s for another day…

BUT here’s the thing…

ENERGY CREATES MORE ENERGY.

Getting up and moving around actually gives you more energy.

Move your body!!!

Use energy to create more energy.

Want to know how to have more energy naturally?

Here are some things you can do:

  1. Get up!

  2. Stretch

  3. Take your dog for a walk

  4. Ride your bike

  5. Get outside in nature

  6. Do a quick intensive workout

Use your discretion here.

You know your body.

You know when you’ve gotten to a point where enough is enough.

Don’t work your body into exhaustion.

Rest is always important.

But if you’re just feeling sluggish or tired after a big meal or simply unmotivated, you can create energy by moving!
